Spelly’s Online Store Policy

• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure all details are correct, as modifications may be limited after confirmation.

2. Customization Policy
• Custom Orders: Since Spelly’s specializes in custom T-shirts, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Design Approval: For custom designs, a digital proof will be provided for approval. Please review carefully, as we begin production immediately after approval.
3. Shipping
• Shipping Times: Standard shipping is expected to take [5-7 business days]. Express options are available for an additional fee.
• Shipping Delays: Please be aware that we are not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
• Custom Orders: All customized orders are final sale.
• Non-Custom Items: For non-customized items, returns and exchanges are accepted within [14 days] of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
